Frequently asked
questions.

We can’t guarantee a number. Ads create opportunities, not guaranteed results. The number of streams depends on your budget, targeting, and most importantly how strong your song and visuals are. If someone promises exact stream counts, be cautious; that usually means black-hat tactics that hurt your career more than they help. What we do know: every stream we drive feeds real listener data into the platform algorithm, helping it recommend your music to the right people over time.
You’ll see results as soon as ads go live, but real momentum builds over time. Week one, platforms start learning who engages. Month one, targeting sharpens and costs start dropping. Months two and three, you see organic growth alongside paid campaigns. The best results come from consistency. The longer ads run, the smarter and cheaper they get.
A released song (or whatever you’re promoting), access to your platform analytics (Spotify for Artists, etc.), a business profile on the ad platform we’re using, and creative assets. If you do not have business profiles or tracking set up, that is included in your first campaign setup.
No. We’re strategists, not a creative agency. You bring the content, we bring the distribution. Video converts best, but we can work with what you have. If you need help with creative, we can refer you to partners who do great work.
Your first campaign on any platform includes full setup: strategy call, account onboarding, pixel and tracking configuration, targeting framework, and campaign buildout. Once that is in place, additional campaigns on the same platform cost less because the infrastructure already exists.
No. You’re paying for labor, expertise, and strategic execution. Ad spend is paid directly to the ad platform and is non-refundable per their terms. Our management fees cover the time invested in setup, testing, and optimization.
Yes, anytime. We recommend running for at least two to three months to let data build and costs drop, but if you want to stop, just say the word. Canceling does not mean a refund for work already completed. Ad spend stops as soon as your ads are paused.
No. Each platform (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) requires its own strategy, creative, testing, and optimization. Running a second platform is a separate campaign with separate management and separate ad budget. We recommend starting with one platform and expanding once you’re seeing strong results. Your first campaign on each new platform is $850/mo. Additional campaigns on a platform you are already set up on are $500/mo.
